After almost 20 years in the fire service, I realized that many emergencies aren't made worse by a lack of courage, they're made worse by a lack of preparation. Organizations and families often want to be prepared, but they don't know where to start.

That's why I created Redline Safety Group.

Our mission is to help families and organizations prepare before emergencies happen through professional assessments, customized planning, practical training, and real-world preparedness consulting. We believe preparedness should be practical, personalized, and built around the people who depend on it.

As a career Fire Captain, Training Coordinator, State Fire Instructor, Fire Officer, and Hazmat Technician, I've spent my career leading emergency operations, training firefighters, and helping others perform under pressure. Redline allows me to bring that same real-world experience beyond the fire station and into homes, businesses, churches, schools, and childcare facilities throughout Michigan.
